1. The freezer in the deli area is overfilled with merchandise stacked high. It is difficult to access the area if needed to perform job duties and could cause injuries if something falls on an employee. 2. On October 31, 2020, there were two cases of COVID-19 in the department and management nor H.R never made employees aware with documentation or verbally until December 1, 2020. 3.
