3380 South Dye Road, Flint, 48507 Michigan, United States

1. Management knowingly let an employee come to work after being exposed to some who has COVID-19. When confronted management stated they were not sending the employee home. The employee was tested the next morning and was positive. They haven't notified any patients the employee was in contact with and the rest of the office. The office is still open and seeing patients even though they have now been exposed. There are also many other violations through out the office.
