Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. When notified that an employee had tested positive for the virus, the employer failed to notify other employees at the facility who had, or could have had, contact with the affected employee; 2. After being informed that an employee had tested positive for the virus, no cleaning or sanitization was carried out at the workplace.

I received a package from Monica 20 Willow St Normal, IL 61761 on 4/15/24. The package was badly damaged to point of no use. The bottle of perfume had been spilled from the broken bottle. So I received a broken bottle of perfume.
