1. Employees are exposed to the hazards of silica in diatomaceous earth in the workplace without proper protections. Employer does not have proper ventilation or providing respirators. 2. Forklift drivers are not certified. 3. Employees in the Diatomaceous Earth department were also infected with COVID when management merged lines during the outbreak.
