The employer is not following CDC and RI Department of Health Guidelines for Covid 19, in that, employees are not properly wearing masks/face coverings and maintaining adequate social distancing. 2. The employer is not following CDC and RI Department of Health Guidelines for Covid 19, in that, employees showing symptoms of illness are not isolating as required and are allowed to come to work while awaiting test results. 3. The employer did not notify the RI Department of Health that employees, especially a cook, have tested positive in order for contact tracing to be conducted to make aware potentially exposed employees and customers.
