1. No PPE supplied for welding jobs such as safety glasses,ear plugs, hard hats, welding helmets, respirator, safety screens between work stations and training (job and safety). The work stations are 4 feet apart. 2. No warning system on overhead cranes and moving heavy parts over the workers heads. 3. There are no guards on the grinders and employees do not wear safety glasses. 4.
