1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are not required to wear their face masks unless members of corporate are coming to visit. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to quarantining employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed by members of their household. An employee stated that a member of their household tested positive for COVID-19 however the employee has not been quarantined and is still reporting to work for their normal shift. Hazard Location: Throughout apartments and in the office. 08/19/2021 KO
