1. Employee share vehicles when traveling to job sites. An employee was not feeling well and got tested for COVID-19. He tested positive and was quarantined. The company did not inform any employees who were close contacts with the infected employee of their possible exposure. When employees asked why they were not informed, they were told that they were not notified because they were vaccinated.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
