1. Restaurant does not follow social distancing, does not conduct temperature checks on employees, allows employees to wear handmade masks, and requires employees to work while sick. 2. There are no protective barriers as of yet, employees are not required to wear masks in kitchen, employees vape in the kitchen, and the employer mandated an employee to come back to work before their doctor released them. 3. The employer has ran out of hand sanitizer. 4.
