1. There is no air conditioning or working fans throughout the warehouse and employees constantly feel like they are going to pass out. The employer does allow employees to step outside if it gets too hot, but it is equally hot outside and while trying to cool down outside, employees risk falling behind on production goals which are strictly enforced. There is no ice in the warehouse and all the water in the warehouse is hot. The supervisor ignores heat stress complaints and does not want to go buy filters for the AC repair.
