A customer that came into the restaurant tested positive for COVID-19. An employee got tested for COVID-19. The employee is continuing to work. They have not informed any other employees of the exposure. They have not had other employees tested. Other employees have been exposed outside of the workplace. They are not enforcing that customers where masks in the restaurant. They are holding events for 20 to 30 people in a small room within proximity of other customers. The kitchen staff is not wearing masks properly. The kitchen staff does not wear gloves when handling food. The disinfecting is not being completed properly, the same towels are used all night to wipe down chairs and tables.
