1. A member of the surgical team tested positive for covid-19. 2. Surgery team members work in a space with less than six feet of separation. 3. Management evaluated the surgical team as "low risk" 4. Management has filled the open shifts with employees who will come in close contact with all surgery team member who have been exposed. 5. A surgery team member has MS and is pregnant and is considered high risk. No precautions are being taken to protect her from exposure. 6. Health questionnaires are filled out by employees upon entry with no management/HR present. There is no temperature check. 7. When not in office employees are still physically close/touching when restraining animals. 8. Masks are removed for eating and drinking. 9.
