A current employee continues to work without having been tested for COVID-19 despite the employee living with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. 3. All employees who may have been in close contact with the employee named above have not been tested for COVID-19 although no evidence of positivity for COVID-19 or admission by any employee of COVID-19 infection in the workplace. 4.
