1. The employer has not informed employees of potential exposure to COVID-19. An employee tested positive for Covid-19, and when the employer was asked, told employees that they would have to continue to work despite being exposed to Covid-19. 2. Employees were told that quarantining would not be necessary after an employee tested positive for Covid-19, and stated sanitizing the building would be sufficient.
