1. Allowing staff to come back to work the next day when staff reported the day before they were sick and no test was required. 2. Staff who have a confirmed COVID positive can return to work after 10 days even if the test is not negative, because after 10 days your not "contagious". 3. The kitchen staff does not wear a mask because it's behind closed doors and at the end of the night, all the staff takes off their mask because there's no customers. 4.
