11578 North Saginaw Road, Clio, 48420 Michigan, United States

1. The majority of employees do not wear masks. The management does not require staff or customers to wear masks, they also do not require social distancing. 2. On Tuesday night it was standing room only with more than 6 people and one household per table. Establishment is also not taking names and numbers. We are not following most of the new guidelines put in place by the health department.

I’ve gotten 3 different phone cases that I did not order. The address it says on there is 2340 S eastern Ave, Commerce, California, 90040. It doesn’t have a name just the address. Not sure how they got my address which is really weird.
