'- The employer encourages its employees to serve any customer who does not wear a mask or who does not practice social distancing. - Signs posted on the entrance are very vague and contain loose statements relating to covid-19. - Employees are confused on how to enforce the executive orders. - There have been some confrontational encounters and an increase in an uncomfortable work atmosphere, and at times very little support from management.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-14
