Not following COVID restrictions. Oil spills everywhere in factory. No one cleans and people are constantly doing drugs inside factory and outside parking lot. Every worker is worried about being exposed about these hazards. There is a high risk of falling. Complainant fell every day and their boss told them not to worry about it.
