The employer is not taking adequate precautions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and is not in compliance with the OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard 29 CFR 1910.502: 1. There is no patient screening and management, there is no assessment of the health/symptoms of any of the people who enter the clinic. 2. Facemasks are not being worn by those performing healthcare services. 3. Inadequate PPE used by the 2 staff who perform COVID-19 testing. 4. People suspected of having COVID-19 wait in a small lobby in near proximity to other members of the public. 5. Lack of training per 1910.502(n) among those employees performing healthcare services. 6. Inadequate cleaning/disinfection, especially after lobby has had people awaiting COVID-19 tests. 7.
