(1) Management is not providing a functioning water closet facility for on-site employees. Employees are exposed to insanitary health hazards due to lack of access to a functioning water closet. A potential violation of 29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i). (2) Employees are not protected with personal protective equipment (PPE) or sufficient distance to maintain adequate social distancing from each other and from patients, creating the potential for employee illness related to exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2), which is the virus causing corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
