1. The facility has signs regarding face coverings. However, masks are mandated in lobby and locker room but not in the fitness area and indoor tennis courts. 2. Dozens of adults and children participating in the tennis programs are at risk, along with those that must walk to the dance studio through the unmasked fitness area. 3. The owner does not wear a mask during daily interactions with employees and customers. 4. A worksite supervisor is not always present to implement, monitor and report on the covid-19 control strategies, particularly on weekdays, 7 a.m. to noon and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 pm.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-08
