Complaint Item #1: The employer has not implemented a site specific COVID-19 Illness Prevention Plan including not having any procedures in place, not providing employee face coverings and not requiring employees to wear face coverings while riding two or more in a vehicle or working together in a small building that it is impossible to social distance Complaint Item #2: The employer has not conducted a COVID-19 hazard assessment for all employees, and not conducted employee training on site specific COVID-19 prevention protocols, or on the hazards of COVID-19 and how to recognize it.
