1. There have been 3-4 cases of COVID-19 in the restaurant and the restaurant has not closed, potentially exposing other employees to the virus. There are concerns that the cleaning procedures are not adequate. 2. Employees that have tested positive for the virus have worked without wearing face masks. 3. Employees that had contact with others who had the virus were tested and received a negative result.
