1) Employees and contractors are potentially exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19. It was reported that social distancing is not required to the extent feasible, mask use is not required while working indoors, and shared work surfaces are not routinely cleaned. Additionally, it was reported that employees and contractors who display COVID-19 symptoms are not required to leave the worksite, and personnel who test positive are not required to isolate for 10 days. COVID-19 training is allegedly not provided to employees or contractors. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.
