1. Employees are not wearing face covering in the main hallway / entrance including common areas such as the lunchroom or bathroom. In the mechanic shop no one is practicing social distancing and no face coverings are being worn in the bad door areas, office spaces, or in the lunch/break room. 2. Dispatch area will have several employees in the area that are not six feet apart and are not wearing face coverings. Drivers come in to talk to dispatch with no masks on. There was a recent covid confirmed case in dispatch and the area was not properly disinfected and sanitized by the company. These actions resulted in 10-12 shop employee exposed, 3-6 dispatchers exposed, and 8-10 front office employee exposed.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-20
