1) Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that employees reported that they had tested positive for COVID-19, but were required to continue to work at Aurora Plains Academy located at 1400 East 10th Street Plankinton, SD 57368-2033. It was reported that CDC guidelines are not being followed to reduce exposure to COVID- 19. Contrary to Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act. 2) Employees are potentially exposed to Covid-19 where a hazard assessment has not been performed that accounts for initial screening regarding individuals entering Aurora Plains Academy facilities to identify exposures. Additionally, the hazard assessment has not accounted for necessary and required personal protective equipment and administrative controls, to include but not limited to gloves, respirators, aprons/suits, and glasses/face shields. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.132, 1910.133, 1910.134, 1910.138.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 58
