320 South Wabash Avenue, Ashley, 46705 Indiana, United States

There are 19 new cases of COVID-19, mostly in the molding area on the 2nd Shift. There have also been cases on the 1st Shift. Employees with COVID-19 continue to work. Employees are mandated overtime. They will not allow employees to take time off when they are sick or have been exposed. Employees are told they would lose their job if they do not come into work. They are not providing testing for the employees. They are continuing to hire and bring in new employees. The employees are not provided PPE. The employees do not wear masks. Employees share a break room and bathrooms. Every employee has to go through the molding area to clock in and clock out. They are not cleaning the facility. The employees are not provided ventilation or PPE in the paint room.
