1. Employees are exposed to slip and fall hazards caused by oil leaking onto the floor from the machine which recycles boxes. 2. Employees are experiencing dizziness and lightheadedness due to inhale fumes from the oil leaking out of the box recycling machine. 3. Employees are exposed to trip and fall hazards caused by wires and cords hanging off the mechanical belt. The cords from the computer hang over and become caught on metal carts being pushed. This causes the cords to be snatched out of the computers. 4. Employees are suffering cuts while making contact with metal boxes which hang from the ceiling close to employee's workspaces. Employees have experienced cuts and bruises while attempting to maneuver around rusty carts which contain sharp objects.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-06-22
