1. The employer is not providing COVID-19 training to nurses that have been moved from the outpatient and elective surgery departments to COVID-19 units, exposing employees to health hazards. 2. The employer does not provide nurses that have been moved from outpatient and elective surgery departments with adequate personal protective equipment such as, N95 respirators while working in COVID-19 units, exposing employees to health hazards. 3. The employer does not provide training, medical evaluation, and fit testing to employees who are required, or who choose to wear N95 respirators voluntarily while working on COVID-19 units, exposing employees to health hazards. 4.
