1. No protocols in place for COVID. 2. Employees sign in but very seldom do they take their actual temperature or properly get screened. 3. The facility recently had 4 employees test positive for COVID and there was nothing done about it, no cleaning. 4. The employees are still allowed to come to work even with symptoms or positive COVID test. 5. There are no masks being worn, and no one is socially distancing. 6.
