1) The employer has not yet completed a Covid-19 action plan as of 11-6-20. 2) Several employees are out sick. There is very limited communication to other employees who may have had contact with these employees. 3) Employees who do call off in caution of Covid-19 get pressure to be at work unless they have a fever. 4) Proper cleaning throughout the store is very poor. 5) The water purification system: sometimes they sell anyway even though water is yellow. The system hasn't had proper maintenance since Covid-19 began. 6) The drainage: maintenance and chemicals share a sink in the produce room. The sink doesn't drain properly so a shop vac is used to move water from sink to floor drain. 7) MSDS book not maintained. 8) Improper ventilation in the bulk processing room causing upper respiratory issues for the employees.

response from service@ risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support@ lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.
