1. The employer does not provide employees working on the grill or fryer with personal protection equipment (PPE). Employees are not provided gloves when working on the grill or fryer. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID 19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees in the workplace. The employer has signage in the workplace limiting the occupancy of the break room to two employees. However, there are usually up to five employees in the break room at a time and employees are unable to maintain six feet of separation to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID 19 mandate in regard to employee's wearing face coverings. Managers occupy the same office in the workplace and do not wear facial coverings.
