Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. All departments have employees who have tested positive for the virus and/or have been diagnosed with the infection; 2. Work stations and communal areas of the plant have not been/are not being sanitized; 3. Masks are not worn by all employees, and are not worn all the time; 4. Many employees work in close proximity to each other, and cannot maintain 6 feet of distance apart; 5.
