1. There were five or more positive cases of COVID-19 at the office during the last two months. The employer did not notify other employees of the cases or if they had been potentially exposed to the virus. 2. Employees were not permitted to quarantine for the CDC recommended periods of 10-14 days. Employees returned to work wtihin 5 days. 3. Employees were not required to wear face masks in the office while on shift.
