1. Employees are exposed to coronavirus and the employer does not ensure a health screening is performed for each employee prior to working each day. 2. On or about August 13, 2021, employees with a fever and other symptoms of COVID-19 were allowed to work. 3. On or about August 14, 2021, the employer learned an employee was COVID-19 positive and did not conduct contact tracing and ensure employees who are not vaccinated that have contact with COVID-19 positive workers quarantine and are tested 3-5 days after exposure. 4. Employees are exposed to coronavirus and the employer does not ensure employees practice distancing in the shop. 5. Employees are exposed to coronavirus and the employer does not ensure employees in proximity to other workers in the shop wear a facemask over their mouth and nose.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 100
