1. Employer has not implemented risk assessment procedures for Coronavirus (COVID-19) to prevent employee exposure to the virus. Manager came in contact with a someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19 and came to work. 2. Proper disinfecting and cleaning is not being performed in accordance with CDC Guidelines. These areas include, Main room, back room, high touch areas, restrooms, and common areas. 3. Employees are not provided with face masks/face coverings. Additionally, a company policy, procedures and/or instructions have not been developed and implemented along with employee training to prevent exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19). 4. The employer is not enforcing the use of facemask and face covering during all working hours.
