1. The employer does not enforce ATD policies and protocols when admitting suspected COVID-19 patients. Currently, on the 3rd floor Acute Rehab Unit, Room 3741 and the 7th floor, suspected COVID-19 patients are placed in regular rooms with no HEPA filter. Hospital nursing supervisor and infection control states the room does not need and cannot use a HEPA filter. The employer will not provide HEPA filters, exposing employees to health hazards. T8 CCR 5199(d)
