1. The employer is failing to ensure that COVID-19 policies are being followed. Clinical Lab and ER staff members are to share the same break room. At times, this could be over 60 employees, and the room capacity is 4 employees. Frequently, more than 8 employees will be in the room at the same time and some employees are forced to skip breaks or lunch due to no seating with staggered break times allowed.
