1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 illness in that no policy is in place or being enforced to protect from COVID-19 illness. Employees with COVID-19 illness are still being asked to work, and no quarantining or isolating is being done when positive or suspected cases of illness has been brought to the attention of the employer, lastly no social distancing is being practiced, Contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1). 2. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 illness in that no masks are being mandated to be worn, contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 30
