1.) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Ten employees have tested positive for COVID-19 in recent weeks and the employer has not implemented or increased sanitizing per CDC guidelines. 2.) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for employees who have had close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or longer) with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not informing employees that have been in close contact with another employee that has tested positive for COVID-19. Hazard Location: Allied Universal main offices.
