3203(a)(4) ONE EMPLOYEE WAS DIAGNOSSED WITH COVID-19. THE EMPLOYEE STOPPED COMING TO WORK BUT THE EMPLOYER DID NOT STOP OPERATIONS TO QUARANTINE THE REST OF THE STAFF WHO WAS EXPOSED TO THE INFECTED EMPLOYEE. THE INFECTED EMPLOYER IS BEING FORCED TO RETURN TO WORK ON APRIL 15, EVEN THOUGH THE INFECTED EMPLOYEES SPOUSE TESTED POSTIVE FOR COVID-19 ON APRIL 4. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT FEEL SAFE AND THE COMPANY IS NOT TAKING THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY.
