1. A respiratory therapist was recently diagnosed with Covid-19 and is in the hospital. The respiratory therapist's last day worked was October 30, 2020. Employees were not informed of their potential exposure until November 4, 2020. 2. Employees exposed to the Covid-19 positive employee were not quarantined; and were allowed to work in the clinic. 3. Patients are not screened, nor are their temperatures taken, prior to being seen by respiratory therapists. Respiratory therapists are exposed to patients during fittings, when the patients are not wearing a mask. 4. Numerous medical oxygen concentrators are picked up by Airway Oxygen delivery trucks from post Covid-19 patient homes. This equipment is not bagged at curbside in red bags or tagged accordingly.
