1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and has continued working while showing symptoms, exposing several employees to COVID-19 and later resulting in the death of an employee. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees.
