1. Employees are at higher risk for COVID-19 contact while working with COVID-19 positive patients in enclosed rooms without proper ventilation for times that can exceed one hour. 2. The employer is not ensuring the patients are wearing the personal protective equipment properly, prior to entry to exam rooms. 3. The employer is not following the most current Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommended employer's guidelines in relation to the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) virus outbreak, cleaning , disinfecting, and wait times between patients who have been in rooms without proper ventilation, patient handling within rooms without ventilation, and protocols to follow for patient (exam) rooms that do not have sufficient ventilation.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 15
