Two clinic's rooms: employees working directly with patients presenting symptoms of Covid-19 to, examine, diagnose, treat, and administer tests, etc., are exposed to SARS-CoV-2 because unfiltered room air is recirculated by building's HVAC system. 2. Two clinic's rooms: employees working directly with patients presenting symptoms of Covid-19 to, examine, diagnose, treat, and administer tests, etc., are exposed to SARS-CoV-2 because readily available supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the body such as, but not limited to, gowns, scrubs, shoe covers for changing is not provided. 3. Two clinic's rooms: employees working directly with patients presenting symptoms of Covid-19 to, among others, examine, diagnose, treat, and administer tests, are exposed to SARS-CoV-2 because change rooms (equipped with storage facilities for street clothes and separate storage facilities for protective clothing) for contaminated personal protective equipment (PPE) were not provided. 4. Two clinic's rooms: employees working directly with patients presenting symptoms of Covid-19 to, among others, examine, diagnose, treat, and administer tests, are exposed to SARS-CoV-2 because designated areas for food and beverage consumption were not identified.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 3
