1. Proper PPE is not given to the staff. They have been wearing the same protective gowns for 30 days or more. 2. The management explained there is a shortage of gloves so sometimes employees are made to use the same gloves more than one time in the the sterilization area. 3. Employees wear the same mask for weeks. 4.
