1. There is constantly oil all over the floor by the machines and the compactors outside leak oil. Employees have slipped and fell and ran into them on accident with forklifts. 2. The DT line ovens wires are so old the present a serious fire hazard. 3. The ventilation in the plant barely works. 4. The ceiling is another fire hazard, it is never cleaned except maybe twice a year. 5. There is never toilet paper or hand soap in the bathrooms. 6. Employees are required to stack broken bins that won't lock shut 6 to 8 bins high. 7. There have been confirmed COVID-19 cases in the plant and they have not been shut down to sanitize.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-28
