Employee notified their supervisor that they were having COVID symptoms and that they had a fever, the supervisor ordered the employee to continue and pick clients up regardless of the symptoms. The employee and all the clients they picked up on 8/31/2021. Employee was symptomatic and notified their supervisor of a fever and other symptoms, the supervisor ordered the employee to continue to their destsinations disregarding the employee and the passengers safety. Notified the supervisor that the employee was too tired to drive after driving 12 hours, supervisor told the employee they had to continue and made the employee drive a total of 16 hours unwillingly. Exposing the employee and all the passengers. Putting the employee's life and other clients lives in danger due to too many hours on the road.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-09-03
