The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace, in that, 1. An employee has contracted COVID and subsequently passed away. The employer has not reported it to VOSH/OSHA. 2. Employees working in a healthcare setting during the COVID-19 pandemic are not required to wear eye protection. 3. The cleaning crew is not provided personal protective equipment (PPE). 4. Employee's that have tested positive for COVID are allowed to remain at work. 5. Retirement employees have to enter the nursing home side to clock in. The nursing home side is currently experiencing an outbreak. 6. The employer is not providing the employee's their medical records related to COVID, to include their test results. 7. Employees administering COVID tests are not wearing gloves. Second complaint received 12/29: 1. Employees that fail initial fit testing for N95 respirators are not re-fit tested with an alternate size or style of N95 respirator.
