1. An employee was exposed to COVID-19 at work from a co-worker. The only protection between these employees is a 3 feet long wall and masks are not required by the company when a person is at their desk. The employer has not notified any employees regarding their close contact with this infected individual. The employer does not consider this to be close contact and hasn't notified any employees. 2.
